PowerPlus Energy (PowerPlus) is an Australian based technology company focused on the development of reliable, long lasting energy storage solutions for commercial and residential applications.
A key design difference of PowerPlus is that it does not require a comms link to the battery BMS. Batteries requiring comms links will shut down in the event comms are interuppted. Also PowerPlus can be retrofitted to most legacy off grid systems as a lead acid replacement including 24 and 48 volt systems. Another material difference over other lithium solutions is that PowerPlus has a wider operating temperature range than most other lithium. The LiFe rack mount series will charge between 0o to 55oC and discharge between -20o to 60oC.
PowerPlus' management team has over 80 years experience in battery storage, renewable energy, UPS, manufacturing and engineering.
